L2/L3 IoT Support Engineer in Timisoara

Job Responsibilities:

Weekly reporting for all our customers on messages on dead letter queues to make a weekly status on messages which cannot be integrated in our repositories due to content issues, etc.

First analysis of ISMP-SD incident tickets raised by the FLS to identify the service impacted, identify if there have been events on this service, check the CPU/RAM used by the service, etc.

Manual tasks currently performed by the team: replay of messages, generation of ASNs

Analysis of the status of messages in our repositories

Based on his progress, we may add additional tasks.

Skills :

He will need to be curious, from a technical point of view and from a functional point of view.

Technically speaking, he must have knowledge on MySQL and Linux.

We will then explain him how to use other tools like JIRA, ISMP-SD, Cassandra, Openshift, ELK
