Responsibilities: - Creates / maintains learning catalogues (incl. subject areas), items, learning curricula etc.;
- Provides support with regards to content strategy & uploads learning content (iContent);
- Collects, consolidates and reports learning intervention KPIs, feedback and effectiveness measurements;
- Handles advanced incidents and change requests and provides feedback;
- Follows defined quality management process by conducting regular logical/content quality checks in cooperation with Decentral Learning Administrators;
- Adds competencies to learning item in the tool (learning module) based on request;
- Handles advanced incidents and change requests and provides feedback;
- Supervises and reports on standard system processes;
- Fulfills service requests, e.g. user rights administration;
- Support in training / Involved in training documentation, creating the user material;
- Implements and tests functional change request;
- Ensures quality and usability of knowledge database;
- Ensures communication and information exchange towards process consultants;
- Launches competency form;
- Generates Global LMS Reporting.
- Qualifications
- Academic degree in business administration, business informatics or any related field;
- Notable experience in project execution under high pressure;
- Several years of experience in HR fields;
- Profound knowledge of the SuccessFactors suite;
- Basic understanding of cloud computing and software as a service;
- Very good communication skills and high commitment to work and ability for teamwork;
- Structured, analytic, strategic and self-dependent way of working;
- Fluent English language skills written and spoken;
- Willingness to travel.
