- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of roles & departments.
- Skilled in project management , organizing resources and establishing priorities.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources activities like – training/ organizational development/ learning & development / internal communication or recruitment.
- 2 years minimum experience in training delivery.
- Ability to gather data , consistently track metrics, and prepare reports.
- Ability to adapt, prioritize , multi-task, and meet an accurate and efficient service under the pressure of constant deadlines.
- Ability to work in fast rhythm with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative and solving problems.
- Word & Excel proficiency.

- Prepare assessment & training plan development;
- Customize training content as per business needs (where needed);
- Training delivery;
- Relationship management with the training suppliers.
- Internal Comm & Employee Engagement (40%):
- Conduct regular employee surveys, analyze results and provide conclusions to the stakeholders;
- Monthly newsletter development;
- Intranet structure development & deployment;
- Corporate events management;
- Business workshops mediation;
- Feedback 360 tool setup & implementation.
