You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Your ‘day to day’ • Ensure that the processes fulfil the requirements, through the development of instructions/procedures and provides adequate action plans in case the controlled parameters are not within the limits. Provide guidance to internal logistics in order to improve their working practices and procedures. Identify training needs and provide training programs to ensure a successful knowledge transfer• Analyze, propose actions for key performance indicators related problems in order to maintain process at the optimum level, analyze gaps and identify improvement opportunities• Act as Key system user for internal logistics related to Information System and develop instruction for utilizing the information systems in internal logistic. Train employees and ensures that they have the necessary knowledge for using the functions of these systems•Lead/coordinate complex process/system projects from the definition of options/solutions (technical development/research) to the implementation and post projects monitoring in order to improve overall factory performance and foster the implementation of global initiatives• Act as an expert for all queries related to the product / process / systems used in internal logistics. Provide support during internal and/or external audits, ensuring the follow up of actions identified in his area of intervention • Identify and lead productivities initiatives based on loss tree analysis and waste elimination• Ensure that logistic service provider and own department employees comply with and adhere to local safety measures, fire regulations, hygienic and property-security regulations, policies and procedures in order to increase and maintain health and safety awareness Who we’re looking for • College/University Degree in Logistics, Commerce, IT or Engineering• Min 5 years’ experience in a logistics/production environment• Manufacturing process knowledge• Lean manufacturing knowledge in logistics • MS Office, SAP, LES/MES, WMS• Romanian and English language – fluent What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
