DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICEBNP Paribas is looking for a Mainframe Security Subject Matter Expert to reinforce the mainframe security team. MISSION The Subject Matter Expert has an in-depth understanding in knowledge of mainframe security environment. This expertise necessarily implies the ability to perform any related tasks.The Mainframe Security Subject Matter Expert main mission is to: · Analyze and implement the security setup of new system software.· Give advice about good practices to our colleagues that manage the day-to-day modifications of the Mainframe security rules.· Setup and advice developers in the scope of cryptography· Analyze and implement large scale modifications of the security rules based on auditors’ recommendations.· Maintain the health of RACF databases and follow security night batch jobs.· Participate in team on-call (About 1 week per month) and prepared to work outside normal working hours and weekend very occasionally ROLE REQUIRMENETS · At least 4 years of acknowledged experience in the technical and/or functional domain.· Knowledge of IBM RACF internals· Knowledge of IBM zSecure suite· Knowledge of the main Mainframe system software from security point of view (TSO, JES2, IMS, DB2)· Knowledge in cryptography scope is a plus (TKE, ICSF, PKI, TLS, PGP)· Previous experience in banking industry is nice to have· Very good communication skills in English (oral and written); knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus· Agile Methodology (Spotify flavor) previous experience is a plus· ITIL Foundation knowledge will be desirable· On site presence (hybrid mode) and on call support is expected GENERAL SKILLS · High awareness to risks related to the financial sector· Follows the Customer processes for projects, incident and change management · Being standalone and team worker, analytical minded, meet commitment, ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment, flexible, customer-oriented, understand risk awareness· Team player – we work together and not as individuals· Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude.· Good communication and influencing skills· Good analytical and synthesis skills· Autonomy, commitment and perseverance· Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment· Flexibility (in peak periods extra efforts may be required)· Stress resistant· Open minded and show flexibility in self-learning new technologies / tools Why choose BNP Paribas? · Progressive career development opportunities of a large multi-national bank· Talent Development opportunities within BNP Paribas Group· Employee culture that is focused on creating a great place to work· Multinational business environment· On-the-job training and networking opportunities.
