As an Operation Controller in our Controlling Service Center department, your responsibilities will imply:
Analysis of monthly plant performance:
• perform monthly deviation analysis for variable and fixed costs of plants;
• ensure communication of issues, root cause and counter measures for variations to Business Unit Management;
• participate in monthly plant performance review, prepare different reports and analysis;
• perform benchmarking analysis for plant related KPI's;
• coordination of Budget and Forecast activities with plants;
• support the moderation of budget plant reviews;
• ensure consolidation of results from plant review;
• prepare target setting for locations for budget preparations;
Preferred Abilities:
• analytical skills;
• self-determination and cross-thematic way of thinking;
• comfortable with automotive technologies;
• clear and open communication and strong networking skills;
• good understanding of controlling and finance reporting;
• plant controlling experiences.
• University or Master Degree in Finance / Economics / Economical Engineering;
• At least two years of work experience within Finance/Controlling;
• Knowledge in SAP-BW (Business Warehouse) is a plus;
• Very good Microsoft Excel skills;
• Good communication skills;
• Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
