Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable Operation Manager Associate to support the day-to-day operations, overseeing all operational areas of the business, his/her role is central in supporting business growth. He/she reports directly to the Operation Manager as well as interact directly with department managers, The Operation Manager Associate responsible for performing administrative tasks, assisting all departments as needed, ensuring smooth daily operations designing and setting up processes, and working on continuous improvement of the set processes.

  • End to End implementation of the business and ensure the timely implementation by directing, guiding others, and applying various operational excellence tools to resolve problems including providing training.
  • Assist the operation manager in daily operational management
  • Supporting the operations manager with the enforcement of company policies and standards
  • Provide feedback on company policies and procedures
  • Execute tasks and actions required to implement the plans internally
  • Tracking daily Operations and reporting or resolving issues.
  • Ensures all department KPI’s are met by the ongoing improvement of performance through proper quality assurance management
  • Make recommendations for business performance improvement
  • Provide effective and efficient results to meet operations needs and capitalize on new opportunities to expand the business scope
  • Cooperate with different departments to improve business operations
  • Execute tasks and actions required to implement the plans internally
  • Follow-up implementation of tasks with business partners
  • Follow-up on the staff development plan.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related disciplines
  • Master of Business Administration degree is highly preferred 
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in a professional business environment
  • Fluent English and Arabic written and spoken
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-organized and detail oriented
  • Proficient in technology especially Microsoft Office applications
  • Proactive qualities with the willingness to learn
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • Ability to handle complaints and resolve disputes and conflict.
