Within the Sales Operations Organization, the Customer Experience (CXP) Centre of Excellence (CoE) at HP Inc, designs and implements state of the art Customer and Sales enablement solutions. Enablement in the form of B2B e-Commerce solutions, Lead to Order infrastructure quality and support, Bid and Tender response infrastructure, Customer Contracts management and Operational engagement solutions for HP’s Global Accounts and 3D Print customers. As an Operational Services Program Manager, you will define, implement and program manage the optimal operating model for our WW markets operational teams supporting Corporate Enterprise and Public Sector Customers. You will as well own the governance and Key Performance Indicators cross markets for the COE. You will be responsible for ensuring short, mid and long-term transformation initiatives are aligned to the desired customer experience. You will help deliver business growth to HP through:Leading the design and implementation of solutions, processes, tools and operating model improvements to enable Account Operations Managers (AOM) and catalogue Managers more effectively to deliver a better services to our Corporate, Enterprise and public sector customers.
