Operational Services Program Manager in Bucuresti

Within the Sales Operations Organization, the Customer Experience (CXP) Centre of Excellence (CoE) at HP Inc, designs and implements state of the art Customer and Sales enablement solutions. Enablement in the form of B2B e-Commerce solutions, Lead to Order infrastructure quality and support, Bid and Tender response infrastructure, Customer Contracts management and Operational engagement solutions for HP’s Global Accounts and 3D Print customers. As an Operational Services Program Manager, you will define, implement and program manage the optimal operating model for our WW markets operational teams supporting Corporate Enterprise and Public Sector Customers. You will as well own the governance and Key Performance Indicators cross markets for the COE. You will be responsible for ensuring short, mid and long-term transformation initiatives are aligned to the desired customer experience. You will help deliver business growth to HP through:Leading the design and implementation of solutions, processes, tools and operating model improvements to enable Account Operations Managers (AOM) and catalogue Managers more effectively to deliver a better services to our Corporate, Enterprise and public sector customers. Driving and tracking deployment of transformation initiatives across markets.Driving operational efficiency, automation and standardization cross marketsLeading the program Management for Account Operations Managers (AOM) and Catalogue Manager resources across the world (>300 people).Creating a governance that connects them across marketsDefining rules around AOM and catalogue Managers assignment to customer accountsDefining processes to enforce the sale of operational servicesEstablishing performance measures for AOM and Catalogue ManagersAssessing and establishing initiatives measures of success and ongoing measurements structure cross markets functions.Coordinating cross functional and geographical teams to achieve common objectivesCollaborating with the Change Management Lead and Subject Matter Experts to collect and analyse requirements.Collaborating with the Change Management Lead to define and drive the Change Management strategyEnsuring market alignment to all key milestones.Reporting initiatives statuses and market operational KPIsMust HaveProven track record of project management of large-scale process and infrastructure transformation impacting sales, partners or customers.Strong leadership skillsStrong negotiation and facilitation skillsAbility to inspire and drive individuals across multiple initiatives to deliver a common objectiveAbility to lead virtual teamsHigh levels of verbal and written communication skillsConfident and effective stakeholder engagement at all levels of management, delivering a combination of consensus and directive driven interaction.Strong financial and business acumen.5+ years of related experience in project management roles#LI-POSTAbout HP You’re out to reimagine and reinvent what’s possible—in your career as well as the world around you.Soare we.
