People Development Specialist in Piteşti

Responsibilities We are looking for a new colleague who can assist with the day-to-day operations of the people development function and duties. This person will be involved in areas such as: induction programme, soft and technical trainings, internship and graduates programmes, organisational development. Assists the Head of People Development and Recruitment to implement People Development Strategy within the assigned DU. Largely contributes to the delivery and facilitation of learning and development initiatives across all disciplines to ensure alignment with the business objectives of the organization. Contributes to and promotes Endava Corporate Culture by applying healthy business ethics principles in every aspect of interaction with employees and business partners. Leads learning analysis through surveys, interviews with all key stakeholders, focus groups etc. to suggest optimal necessary solutions for groups and individuals. Coordinates the scheduling of training sessions, and booking / notifying all relevant parties. Offers support in determining the structure and content of learning materials and components and course schedules or syllabuses particularly in relation to costs and resources. Assist with identifying the most appropriate and cost-effective learning approach, including selection of learning media. Facilitates and controls the usage of internal and external learning channels and resources. Executes the analysis of existing training vendors, evaluates the efficiency of offers, contributes to negotiating the collaboration contracts, maintains long-term relations with the selected vendors. Facilitates the identification and development of potential candidates for People manager role by organizing the People Management Development center and executing the suggested development programs. Organizes the delivery of regular sessions for the people management community to promote, maintain and develop people management best practices and processes. Contributes to the implementation of career development process by providing support and necessary information to all staff and people managers. Contributes to the integration of new hires by delivering welcome day, induction program to Endava new employees and by coordinating the buddy scheme within the assigned Delivery Unit. Coordinates the implementation of Internship and Graduates Programmes within the assigned DU. Analyzes the program efficiency and suggests necessary improvements to achieve company objectives. Manages specific projects and participates in and contributes to the activity of the cross-locations People Development practice to support peers in delivering common projects and initiatives. Assists in continuous process and procedures modification and improvement. Takes responsibility and coordinates regular collection and updates of learning and development reports and data spreadsheets. Qualifications and Experience 2-4 years of relevant experience in staff learning and development area with a broad knowledge of all aspects of learning process. Experienced in managing the full process of staff development needs identification and organization of required training programs. Experience working in the IT industry. Very good planning and organizational skills. Good analytical thinking and attention to details. Good communication and presentation skills, both in English and Romanian language. Experience working in a team and in interacting with various stakeholders Experience working with the MS office package and other relevant tools.
