Requisition & Fulfillment

Perform Purchase Requisition compliance check;
- Provide assisted buying services to Triumph internal stakeholders;
- Supervise Purchase Order fulfillment as per agreed timeline, quality and quantity;
- Investigate cases of invoice issues;
Help Desk
- Responsible for providing service support to all internal client inquiries related to Procure to Pay process areas;
- Propose process improvement ideas based on experience in daily activities;
- Provide service support to supplier inquiries;
Spot Buy
- Execute day-to-day buying of non-strategic items based on pre-defined value thresholds, including supplier identification, negotiation and supplier selection;
- Deliver sourcing results to contribute to saving targets while ensuring, that requirements of the business are being met;
- Cover the accountability of the overall Procure to Pay process for the performed purchase;

Qualifications
- Advanced level of English and German (B2);
- Procurement or Customer Service background;
- Good interpersonal skills (communication);
- Helpful and proactive manner is important;
- Strong customer orientation;
- Drives issues to resolution and good problem-solving skills;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Good administration skills;
- Comfortable with responding to requests from all levels of the organization;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
