ResponsibilitiesActivity: Handle incoming queries on phone calls and emails through ticketing tool Provide L1 level of support to client, vendors and creditors; collect, record operational issues, maintain log on helpdesk queries Carry out the triaging and direct the request to accurate buying channels Provide continuous improvement in processes using LEAN or Six-Sigma methods Update / build standard operating procedures and process maps BuySmart (Ariba) and Fusion (Oracle) activities: catalogues management and support; Data Maintenance; General support; Nominal accounts setup and maintenance; Users and Vendors set up and maintenance; Cost Centre Management; reporting and invoice/purchase orders reconciliation Qualifications Minimum qualifications Very good knowledge of French and English, B2 (verbal and written communication skills) Suitable for university graduates Experience with working in the team Proven experience preferably in Procurement/Sourcing or a customer service environment Basic understanding of the procurement and accounts payable process Responsible, accurate, good communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, positive, hardworking, high motivation and ability to learn Microsoft Office Knowledge including Excel What can we offer?
