Job Description- Execute on applicable process steps;- Guard process quality on operational level;- Perform 1st and 2nd line support activities;- Provide regular standardized trainings for system users;- Provide system maintenance and updates;- Seek process improvement opportunities and, depending on complexity, implement them directly or share with respective BPE;- Participate in continuous improvement projects or initiatives locally and globally;- Ensures compliance with Procurement policies and procedures, codes of ethics and general business principles;- Manages relationship with the internal customers and stakeholders proactively;Requirements- Experience in a similar rol- MS Office- Analytical skills- Tools supporting the process- Knowledge on the organizational set up and way of working- Understanding of the company business and the procurement process and function- Onboards interns and traineesBenefitsS.C.
