Job Description
 

 

  • Project management for internal and cross-functional projects in international teams
  • Monitor and report department KPI`s and coordinate corrective actions for improvements
  • Manage MAE and EWAK procurement, installation and release
  • Initiate and coordinate release process incl. sampling and trial production (EWAK/ 0-Series)
  • Prepare and execute audits with an international team and our OEM`s
  • Coordinate the controlled product and process change procedure (Engineering Change Requests)
  • Support production (failure analysis, yield / quality / delivery issues)
  • Define, visualize and align cross-functional material and information flow
  • Create production line layouts with observing BPS concept
  • Create and maintain the technical documentation in a teamwork (Control Plan and FMEA)
  • Provide data for cost calculation (EVOBs) and support controlling team with technical premises
  • Support Business Plan preparation and coordinate data collection (e.g. bill of material, parameters for routings, leadtype definition and cost center)
  • Provide System CIP projects on Q(uality) C(ost) D(elivery) including RPP responsibility for activities to reduce product costs
  • Initiate and coordinate cross-functional process improvements

 


Qualifications

 

 

 

 

 

  •  University degree in Technical field
  •  Experience with manufacturing of series production in automotive industry
  •  Experience in project management
  •  Good coordination and communication skills
  •  Structured and analytic approach
  •  Result Oriented
  •  Planning Skills
  •  Team orientation, team player
  •  High commitment to company, plant and department targets
  •  Advanced English knowledge
  •  Experience in working with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience with SAP system is a plus
