IT Process Automation and Analytics (ITPAA) ITPAA is a Center of Excellence which maintains expertise in the area of Processes Frameworks and Tools to enable process, compliance, automation and advanced insights by analytics for NXP IT. We provide knowledge and expertise and standard platforms that allows others to optimize their processes. Striving to enable a culture of continuous learning and collaboration to achieve more together.
Your new role
-
Build, edit and maintain the team backlog (stories, defects)

Review and prioritize the backlog as part of the prep work for Iteration (Sprint) Planning

Contribute to the vision and roadmap of Analytics in collaboration with the Product Manager and Solution Architect

Participate in Iteration (Sprint) Demos in collaboration with your team and impacted stakeholders

Participate in Iteration (Sprint) Retrospective meetings where the team gathers to improve its processes

Represent the Analytics team to multiple user groups in order to drive awareness of analytics capabilities and improve engagement
What you will need to succeed

University degree related to Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field

Previous experience in leading teams, establishing and prioritizing tasks and objectives in order to manage time and resources appropriately

Good Splunk knowledge (our core data analytics platform)

Good understanding of IT infrastructures (Networking/Storage solutions/Virtualization/Scripting)
Competencies that make you of value even more

What can you expect
Contract: This is a fulltime position with a permanent contract
Compensation: Besides a good salary, you will be eligible for our bonus plan and receive lunch vouchers, a number of vacation days based on seniority and the possibility to buy company shares with a 15% discount. We also have flexible work hours and a work from home policy.
