Production Section ManagerAdecco Professional Placement is looking for its client, an important multinational manufacturing company, a Production Section Manager for its plant in Ploiesti.Job profile:-Coordinates, guides, controls and is responsible for the entire activity within the section (50 people);-Distributes the subordinate staff on jobs and shifts, according to the needs of production, optimal use of production capacity;-Is responsible for the loading with attributions, at capacity, of the entire subordinate staff, to each employee distributing tasks according to the job description on which he is employed;-Is responsible for taking over the scraps from each exchange in the section;-Follows the finished products from a quantitative and qualitative point of view;-Is responsible for the realization of the finished products according to the orders received from the client for each shift;-Ensures the monthly training of SSM and SU to the subordinate personnel;-Is responsible for the correctness of the timesheets;-Prepares the records related to the process procedures;-Informs the Production Manager of any non-conformity, the resolution of which exceeds its competence;-Has the responsibility towards achieving the KPIs established at the beginning of each year;-Trains the subordinate staff;-Monitors the material stocks;-Knows and applies the management policy in the field of quality, environment and safety and the objectives deriving from it.Candidate profile:-Bachelor degree – technical field;-Previous similar experience in a multinational environment;-Minimum of 2 years in people management;-Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 6SIGMA, 5WHY – makes a difference in candidates selection;-Good understanding and interest in technical specifications; -Fluency in English;-PC literacy; Abilities and skills:-Verbal understanding;-Problem identification;-Deductive analysis;-Critical thinking;-Making decisions or solving problems;-Guiding, directing and motivating subordinates;-Compliance with obligations;-Integrity.
