Responsibilities
Responsible for customer expectation management and satisfaction, including the timely delivery of different project milestones.
Take overall responsibility for project execution
Enforce the adherence to the quality processes and procedures
Monitor project's Audits Findings
Monitor and coordinate Supplier's activities
Monitor and ensure consistency between project scope, resources, estimates and milestones.
Ensure project problems and noncompliance resolution
Lead project planning, monitoring and reporting activities.
Responsible for Releases planning, managing, decision making.
Integrated change management activities
Risk management activities
Report progress, issues, risks to Customer and direct manager
People management activities (career development of team members - manage career aspirations, set career paths; review the performance of project team members reporting to him/her).
Coaching activities (Share knowledge and best practices with other projects)
