We are looking for an enthusiastic Quality Engineer to join our Quality team and become part of a fast-moving company with many opportunities.
The role will be based in Bucharest, Romania, reporting to Quality Manager.
Key responsibilities:

Manages all complaints from BU's customers.

Manages nonconformities.
-
Draws up control instructions for all activities in the BU.
-
Audits the way in which quality and control procedures are respected.
-
Proposes improvements for control activities.
-
Instructs all BU staff on product quality control.
-
Stops the use/delivery of nonconforming products.
-
Stops production in case nonconformities are found.
-
Verifies and reports about procedure compliance on documents' circuit.
-
Verifies and reports about procedure compliance on quality records.
-
Attends SMC analysis meetings.
-
Initiates and conducts projects to improve the quality and services of the BU.

Coordinates the quality management system within the BU.
You will be our choice if you have:

University degree - Technical (production/mechanical/electrical/automation)

Minimum 1 year experience in quality

English- Proficient (C1)

Computer skills: Microsoft Office, ERP, Technical programs

Technical drawing and Kaizen-Lean knowledge (Pareto, Poka Yoke, Jidoka, TQM etc.)
