Together with our client, an international manufacturer of batteries and energy storage systems for international customers, we are looking for a Quality Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field;
Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing quality;
Minimum 3 years of experience managing people;
Excellent English skills (both written and speaking);
German knowledge is an advantage;
Significant experience in a high volume manufacturing environment, preferably automotive;
Knowledge of Standards ISO and IATF 16949;
Knowledge of VDA.

Being responsible for the analysis, development, and operation of quality systems and tools to meet customer requirements;
Implementing defined global (local) Production Quality policies, contributing to the achievement of targets;
Supervising day-to-day Quality operations, controlling and reporting systems, for assigned team at local sites or plants;
Analyzing all quality related issues in all technical steps, identifying quality trend data;
Developing systems for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data;
Conducting quality inspections and audit programs;
Advising process and quality owner, recommending proper measures;
Reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are met and resolving complaints;
Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data;
Conducting process qualifications and capability studies according to the specific procedures, including statistic evaluation;
Reviewing quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements;
Coordinating and coaching the team regarding quality issues and processes;
Coordinating all quality related correspondence with the customer's representatives.
