As Quality Manager (Production) , you will assure the high quality and specifications of our products, by successfully lead, manage and maintain the Quality Management System structure to ensure compliance with all standards and regulations in our manufacturing site.
Key responsibilities:

Provides leadership and facilitation to cross-functional business processes that support the overall Quality Management System (QMS);

Excellent organization and coordination of the Quality Department;

Drives implementation of quality improvement initiatives to achieve and exceed customer quality targets;
-
Monitors all reports of non-compliance resulting from internal and external customers and regulatory audits to ensure corrective action plans are in place;
-
Coordinate activities which enforce quality improvements in all our internal business units;
-
Provides ongoing support for existing quality systems: quality review processes, customer complaints, corrective/preventive actions, internal audits etc.;

Provides the direction needed to achieve and maintain registration and compliance with international and company's standards;
-
Interface with all internal and external stakeholders to enhance their perception and understanding of the quality systems;

Acts as the key point of contact for ISO, Regulatory/Customer Audits of the QMS;
You will be our choice if you have:

Higher education in Technical field (studies in quality management/audit);

At least 5 years of management within the Quality Management System;

Strong abilities of communication, coordination and strategic thinking;

Very good leadership, planning and organizational abilities;

Problem-solving attitude and "can-do" mentality;

Solid knowledge of quality methodologies and tools;
-
Experience in Kaizen-Lean knowledge and manufacturing area;

Working experience with an ERP system;
-
Ability to communicate accurately and efficiently in English - advanced level;
