R&D Engineer
The Synopsys Virtual Prototyping group is developing simulation models that replace traditional hardware boards in wide areas of the industry today. For future applications in the automotive development, like advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) or infotainment, we are looking to add a skilled person to work in our team in Cluj/Romania and to deliver on the next generation of Virtual Simulation and Verification Platforms. Join a team of highly professional developers and work on the next generation of automotive and networking/wireless simulation software!
Key Qualifications
• Strong C/C++ and/or Java coding skills
• Strong background in object oriented design, data structures and algorithms
• Familiar with User Interfaces (e.g. Java, Swing/SWT/JavaFx)
• Scripting (Python, Shell, Perl etc.)
Preferred Experience
• Participate in the requirement specification process, driven by the interaction with the Application Engineering/consulting team
• Participate in the analysis and design phases
• Implement and test the required functionality according to the specification, as member of a development team
• Follow up with the consulting team to ensure that deliverables meet the expectations
