Rope Access Technicians (RAT) – prerequisites/criteria:
- IRATA Certified RAT level 1, 2, and 3.
- Level 3 Rope Access Technician must have valid First Aid course certification
- All personnel must have Good English communication skills (written and oral).
- Rope Access Technicians must have good Painting and Blasting skills and experience in addition to Rope Access Climbing technics
- Minimum 1-3years experience as Rope Access Technician
- Valid Passport and Seamen’s book
- Valid STCW’95 courses (Basic Safety courses)
- Valid medical and drug & alcohol report (from Norwegian Maritime Directorate approved doctors/ medical clinics)
- Candidates with above pre-requisites must send below requested documents
· Copy of CV which must contain a minimum of two references (not applicable for existing company employees)
· First Aid certification (mandatory for IRATA Level 3 applicants)
· IRATA certificate
· IRATA ID card
· Copy of entire IRATA log book (all entries)
· Other certification appropriate to the intended work, e.g. Tools, equipment, etc.
· References, testimonials etc.
