Sales Operations Manager in Cluj Napoca

SUMMARY OF ROLE   The main purpose of this role is the operational management and development of the assigned Countries quote-to-cash teams within Group.
Developping the organisation and especially direct reports, and ensuring internal customers  satisfaction will be the main focus for the role.   SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Within Automation Solutions Business Center, lead the MSOL Customer Care quote-to-cash team for the assigned countries group; * Ensure process optimization organizational efficiency, having the right people on the job and efficient organizational structure to meet business goals * Actively support development and implementation of the Customer Care strategy within the Business Center * Within ASBC Lead Organizational Reviews, Talent Reviews, ensure succession planning & talent development * Lead Performance Management Process for the group * Drive & implement continuous improvements projects for FMP portfolio * Ensure team achieves Quote-to-cash KPI targets for business performance and service level excellence, in terms of TAT, RDSL/PDSL, FG, disputes , Sales POR. * Balance external & internal stakeholders * Together with functional managers: define team targets, ensure metrics are measured appropriately, analyse performance and ensure action plans are in place if deviations are seen; * Support functional leaders with escalation of activities * Analyse people performance for all functions and if there is a drop analyze problem, propose and implement actions for improvement; * Communicate team performance (KPIs)  internally and externally; * Ensure proper planning of day-to-day activities of team * Grow leadership skills of direct reports; coach team leaders where applicable and coordinators in managing and developing their teams, * Develop organization and build succession planning; design and put in place development plans for engaging key employees in the team * Play an active role in ensuring high employee satisfaction and retention * Motivate & Recogniztion of employees * Ensure team is properly trained and has all tools and knowledge to deliver best results * Participate in recruitment process * Set and drive team and individual goals in alignment with strategic plan * Conduct performance evaluations in a timely manner for direct reports * Have regular 1:1s with the functional leaders * Match functional leader and business expectations with the people capabilities * Implement training plan depending on people and business needs * Ensure career planning within the country and MSOL ASBC group * Ensure proactive 360deg communication with assigned countries, Base Business Leadership & proactively escalate any potential business risk & challenges to higher management; * Organize regular team meetings and 1:1s with the employees; * Provide regular updates on team performance and initiatives to higher management;
