Senior Data Analyst Software Asset Management in Cluj Napoca

 

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Monitor any data deviations and cooperate with Software Asset Management consultant and Flexera technical team on the resolution
  • Analyze the software entitlement data and inventory data and report any deviations or missing data findings
  • Deliver the standard reports, create new or ad hoc reports per service requirement in Flexera
  • Create data and service performance analysis per service requirement, monitor and maintain the service KPI on a regular base
  • Ensure all the data are up-to-date and maintained on time and in expected quality
  • Ensure training for new team members and cooperate with other team members

 

Your Profile

 

  • Education / Training: Business/ IT University degree and adequate working experience in License management area for min. 2-5 years
  • Professional Experience: Knowledge of ITIL methodology and IT service management, such as SW inventory and scanning, normalization and licensing methods Experience in SW License management area related to compliance calculation and measurement in Flexera tool is required Software asset management process knowledge is required (software inventory and scanning, normalization and licensing methods) Tools advanced user requirements: ServiceNow (service agent level - advanced), SAP (basis), Flexera FNMS (expert), SQL DB knowledge MS Office: Expert - Outlook, Excel, Word, Expert - Access Technical and Analytical skills, communication skills, team player, enable to cope with stress
  • Languages: English (professional, written and spoken), German language would be an advantage
