Senior Machine Learning Engineer in Constanţa

We are looking for a  Senior Machine Learning Engineer  to work for a European company from the fintech industry specializing in algorithmic trading and cryptocurrencies. You will be working in a small and talented team to develop industry-leading trading algorithms, and other models. Getting started: ASAP We offer:  attractive salary depending on skills and experience (B2B: PLN 35000-70000 net/month)  bonus paid for work efficiency, commitment and good results  Tools used:  Collaboration: Teams, Jira, Confluence  Source repositories: GitHub  Software development automation: Make  Databases: MySQL, in-house time-series database  Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana  Containers: Docker, Kubernetes  Cloud services: AWS (mostly EKS, ECR, EC2, EFS, RDS but we adapt more and more cloud services to our stack)  Organization of work:  Agile development: TDD, DevOps, CI/CD  Good practices: clean code, design patterns  Quality assurance: code review, pair programming  Tests: unit / integration / performance / manual  Tasks/Responsibilities:  Building a core Machine Learning functionality for the most innovative trading application in the world.  Designing and implementing and tuning machine learning models, which optimize trading algorithms and support market prediction.  Processing and analysing both historical and real-time stock data.  Scaling out current systems to support bigger traffic and huge amounts of data.  Create easy-to-read, fast and well-architected, quality code for the constant improvement of our Machine Learning services.  Reviews other’s code and designs and provides constructive feedback to meet our high-quality standards.  Participating in gathering business requirements and translating them to the language of Artificial Intelligence.  Requirements:  Education - Master's degree from a reputable university or strong relevant senior work experience.  Min. 3 years of experience working with Artificial Intelligence at senior level  Min. 5 years of experience working with Python  Knowledge of the PyTorch library (or similar).  Acquaintance with tools and concepts used in modern Machine Learning development (VCS, IDE of choice, Python libraries, microservices, containerization etc.).  Very good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in English (at least B2 level).  Strong Computer Science fundamentals in Data Structures, Algorithms, Complexity Analysis, Object-Oriented Design and Designing Large Scale Data-Intensive Applications.  Excellent Analytical and Communication skills including experience speaking to technical and business audiences and working globally .  Good to have:  knowledge of Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD Pipeline or willing to learn them  knowledge in the field of finance, trading systems, cryptocurrencies, financial markets  Highly welcome: activity and interest in the field of ML (competitions, conferences, publications, projects).  Benefits:  private medical care  multisport card  co-financing of trainings and courses  possibility to work remotely or in coworking space nearby you  flexible working hours  integration meetings  employee recommendation program  If you are interested, please send your CV in English
