As RTB House Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads and sales by managing the sales lifecycle from prospecting to close. You will also be responsible for elevating client relationships and effectively executing customer communications at all business levels.
What You'll Do:
- Generate sales to advertising/media agencies or direct advertisers by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closure;
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders (decision-makers) of advertisers or within the advertising/media agencies environment;
- Comprehensively expand portfolio of RTB House’s new customers;
- Create formal offers and present them to potential customers;
- Participate in product and offer presentations/pitches to agencies (potentially also to agencies’ clients) or direct advertisers;
- Analyse sales statistics and formulate sales strategies for different products to determine and achieve desired growth;
- You will be reporting to the Country Manager and partner with Account Management, Technical team as well as various teams from HQ.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Substantial and demonstrable experience in digital marketing with specific knowledge of advertising/media agencies business models;
- Ideally 5+ years of successful sales experience in digital marketing focused on branding and performance online campaigns;
- Preference will be given to candidates having previous experience in negotiations with advertisers from the agency side, or alternatively - experience in dealing with agencies directly (’s side);
- Broad knowledge of the agencies’ products portfolio;
- Proven track record working with the major brands or with major advertising/media agencies directly. Established network among digital marketing professionals both from agencies and advertisers will be an important asset;
- Negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to persuade at all levels of an organization;
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with an ability to deliver in a time-sensitive environment;
- Understanding of the online advertising industry and branding/performance marketing including major recent trends;
- knowledge of RTB model will be an asset;fluent English, native Romanian.
