Serial Project Manager in Arad

Jobprofile Responsible for quality, costs and timing of Serial Projects until EOP incl. replacement parts supply (after EOP) Plan, control, track and report serial projects Meet agreed project targets Achieve customer initial sample (PPAP) approval (grade 1 or green status) according to schedule and adjustments Plan and meet project and annual budgets Assure use of standard processes, methods and tools Lead of cross-functional project teams Change management Implementation of cost cut activities Trigger cost approvals within budget frame Resource planning Identify project risks and plan/track counteractions Responsibility for execution of project tasks Present and represent project internally (within steering comittee) and towards customer, supplier Prepare and implement project tracking Escalation level for customer Mentor of customer processes for project Requirements Technical University degree Professional experience within automotive (R&D, sales, production, testing) Well-founded economic knowhow Act entrepreneurially Ability to understand complex technical issues Well-founded knowledge and handling of processes within vehicle development and production Think and act process oriented Proficiency in English and German Enthusiasm and communication skills Constructive conflict resolution Planning (schedules, costs) Leadership experience with line/dotted-line authority Motivate project team members SAP knowledge Integrative Sociable character and manners Sets up networks easily Intercultural skills Outstanding communication skills A Plus in benefits With us, you can receive a package of numerous benefits—including flexible working hours, meal tickets, medical insurance for you and your family, development programs, foreign language courses, Christmas and Easter bonuses.
