Software support engineer in Bucureşti Sectorul 1

Globema is a leading provider and integrator of geospatial and location-based software solutions that enable effective planning, management and control of networks, assets, resources and works in utilities, telecoms & other enterprises

Skills required:

  • Interest in software testing and software quality assurance
  • Diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Sufficient English knowledge for writing technical documentation
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • A bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication/Computer Science/ Geospatial or equivalent work experience

As part of our team you will:

  • Take part in Quality Assurance process
  • Test geospatial and workforce management systems
  • Support large implementation projects of geospatial and workforce management systems
  • Technically support Globema customers and internal Globema  Department
  • Conduct and prepare technical presentations and workshops
  • Train end-users

  • Build testing capabilities
  • Develop skills in working with customers and improve business skills through participation in projects for many big companies
  • Develop interpersonal skills: internal and with customers
