You will support projects and utilize change managementtechniques to achieve measurable return on investment. You willcollaborate with stakeholders in order to support metrics, trackmilestones, review projects and roll out Human resources programs. You willdevelop and implement changes as necessary to ensure projects meet time, cost,budget and quality objectives.Key Responsibilities:Lead assigned projects to completion according to waterfall and agile methodologiesCreate clear and attainable project objectivesDevising and owning the HR Project plan and ensuring key milestones are identified and communicated to key stakeholdersBuild the project requirements including project success measures and proven ROI Manage project constraints around cost, time, scope, and quality to baselineEngage appropriate resources and define / implement change management strategyManage overall project progress and develop, execute, and track project plansReview project progress with Steering Committee and present in regular MOS reviews Pro-actively manage escalations Identify baseline and measure project benefits Partner with peers to leverage knowledge and standards to promote consistent, quality deliverables across all projectsQualifications:Bachelors DegreeIntermediate to expert knowledge of MS-Team, MS Office, MS Project and Smartsheet and MS SharePoint, comfortable with basic data analysis skillsExperience as Project Manager, with proven record of project impact on relevant line of businessExcellent communication, organization, time-management, and leadership skillsLean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification, Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Agile certification preferredAbility to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for topic and audienceWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
