Would you like to be part of this journey?Your Mission: You will be responsible for design, delivery and support of strategic programs from a technology perspective. This role sits between our technical support organization and our product engineering organization and focuses on making our products and our support experiences for our customers and partners better. You will serve as Champion for Tech Support and the customer’s support and product experience.What you'll do at UiPath:Identify and scope program requirements(problem statements, proposed answers, timescale, cost) and then manage through delivery to sign-off completeReview Development bug databases to ensure Tech Support solutions are createdDrive development of Tech Support content to be used by customers and internal support engineersBe the technical subject matter expert for all training materials for Tech SupportWork with Tech Support to identify top case drivers and drive improvements into DevelopmentProvide detailed analysis of where problems exist and form business solutions to resolveWork with Launch Team (Development, Legal, Marketing, Sales etc.) to identify product support risk for launchesReview design specs and test plans to identify support gaps and anticipate support scenariosWhat you'll bring to the team:3+ years of direct or related experience in Technical Support or Supportability roles 3+ years’ experience facilitating solutions between business and technical teams in Technical Program, IT, and/or Project ManagementExperience working with technical support and support delivery organizations a plusBachelors’ degree in Business, Technology, or applicable fieldUnderstands the importance of building strong working relationships, team playerEqually comfortable digging into business requirements, as drilling into architecture with development teamsEffective written and verbal communication, strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skillsAbility to understand deep technical issues and identify improvement opportunitiesAbility to quickly master technical concepts and propose solutions and process flowsLife at UiPath like a lot of startups, can sometimes feel like a roller coaster.
