Understand the programming of central plant operations (hot and chilled water systems), air handling units, and other mechanical equipment. Analyze and review functional specifications and sequence of operations to obtain a complete understanding of system operation.Use the Niagara Framework to integrate the building controls with Cloud based applications.Provide technical support and direction to customers and field technicians. Troubleshoot HVAC control loops and functionally check operation as specified.Implement Cloud Application configuration and once complete monitor site operating data and analyze faults in the configured control loops and sensors.Provide project status and attend update meetings with project team members. Manage multiple projects and tasks. Ensure committed project milestones are met.Contribute toward continuous process improvement. Create, edit and review technical documentation for new releases and new products. Create and review knowledgebase content.Basic Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Engineering.2-5 years of work experience in project environment, with extensive on-site knowledge with proven track record in BMS (Building Management Systems) project commissioning. Knowledge of energy savings in commercial buildings.Knowledge of DDC programming. English proficiency Additional Qualifications: Experience with commercial or industrial control systems.Troubleshooting experience involving Microsoft Windows products, Linux and TCP/IP Networking.Experience with mark-up languages, HTML or XML. SQL database experience.Experience with Niagara Frameworks a plus. Web site design.Knowledge of commercial building certifications – LEED, etc.Knowledge of commercial building open communication protocols, BACnet, LonWorks, Modbus, etc.High level of customer service experience and aptitude including: the ability to communicate and show patience with technical and non-technical customers, active listening and inquiring skills to understand problems, proactively following up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.Proficiency in any other European language
