Job Description

 

Summary: The purpose of this position is to provide leadership and program / project management for Talent Acquisition programs at Chromalloy. These programs are managed within Human Resources, but provide strategic talent management support and require execution across the enterprise. Specific projects include, but are not limited to the Managed Services Provider Program (MSP) through Agile 1, quick ramp / specialty recruiting projects and best practice program development / management. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

§ Establish relationships with site HR and key hiring managers to regularly scope job role criteria, source candidate profiles and effectively tailor recruitment approach for key technical and leadership positions across Chromalloy.

§ Provide program management for key recruiting projects. This would include identifying and coordinating program resources / processes required to support growth and deliver high quality results to corporate functional groups and operating units.

§ Manage the MSP for Chromalloy serving as Chromalloy’s primary interface to Agile 1 and to the executive sponsors of the program. This includes the evaluation of data, feedback and supplier quality/capability to continuously improve the program. Provide training and guidance to system administrators with corporate and the operating units.

§ Drive and manage new and creative approaches that support overall talent management efforts. Examples include effective internal/external use of social media or developing a compelling web presence that supports the employee value proposition /employment brand and overall communication.

§ Create internal talent recruitment training module which can be delivered by HR business partners to recruiting managers across the global units

§ Develop guidance on best practice “candidate management” process which can be deployed across all global units.

§ Provide timely and critical communication on all program structure, status, policies and related new initiatives to key stakeholders and participating employees.

§ Provide regular analysis and reporting on key metrics along with ad hoc requests as needed.

 

Qualifications

 

Requirements:

Education: BA in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology or related discipline

Experience: Minimum 8 years of progressive experience within a corporate human resources environment involved in recruiting / staffing activities of similar size, scope and complexity

Skills:

· Demonstrated experience with independently managing talent acquisition projects and programs to successful outcomes.

· Demonstrated experience with recruiting, vendor management and RPO’s.

· Ability to work independently and forge strong operating and peer relationships.

· Proficient with the MS Office suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

· A relentless and versatile learner who is open to change and enjoys the challenge of driving innovative solutions and process improvements.
