Would you like to be part of this journey?Your Mission: The UiPath Learning Alliance team is looking for a Technical Program Manager with deep RPA skills to join our global team. You will be responsible for identifying and building strategic partnerships with Schools, Colleges/Universities, Learning Organizations, and Professional Associations to help drive acceleration of UiPath technologies within student and educator community. A key part of the role is the technical enablement of the educators in the EMEA (Europe, Middle-East, Africa) Region along with overseeing selected academic research papers on RPA. All the education initiatives support the UiPath Certified Professional program, which equips individuals with valuable RPA credentials. This role will report to VP – Learning Alliances.What you'll do at UiPath:Working with universities, colleges, workforce development organizations and training centers across Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) to create and follow-up on opportunities to mainstream RPA in AcademiaWork on implementing UiPath Academic Alliances program vision and strategyBe the face of UiPath in establishing a multi-faceted and trusted relationship with Governments, universities, high schools, other institutions, and educatorsOversee aspects of marketing, demand generation, enrolment, support and continuous management of the programsRepresent UiPath Learning Alliances and UiPath Certified Professional programs in various events conducted by professional organizations, government panels, academic institutions, industry groups, company sponsored events etc.Define, socialize, and implement new business models as appropriate to support the evolving UiPath Academic Alliances programOwn stretch targets to significantly increase reach, scale and grow the number of UiPath Certified Professionals in the regionConduct educator workshops to enable them to learn and deliver RPA curriculumSupport educators and students in research papers related to RPAWhat you'll bring to the team:Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business & IT field2+ yrs. Presales Technical or similar techno-business roles, evangelizing experience in software and services businessExperience (1-2 years) with software development and RPA technologies. Certifications and showcased tech portfolio are encouraged (UiPath Certified RPA Advanced is a plus)Demonstrated passion for education and skills development. Experience working with academic institutes, universities, and Government institutions in international markets is a plusAbility to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with deans and faculty for top Computer Science, Engineering and Business programs at University and College levelsStrong communication, presentation, and organization skills; multi-tasking and time management skills are essential; fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, fluency in any other languages, preferably German, is a plus; ability to effectively engage and work with a global teamLife at UiPath like a lot of startups, can sometimes feel like a roller coaster.
