For an international IT company, we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer for Data Backup and Data Recovery solution with strong troubleshooting Networking, Windows Server, virtualization, and good English. Our client is an international IT group that is a leader in data management across multi-cloud environments.
In this highly technical role, you would provide technical support of their client’s products via the telephone, email, and remote sessions, which may require careful examination of many infrastructures and other environmental variables, as well as a detailed analysis of log files.

Technical skills requirements:
- Windows OS 2008(rr2)/2016
- Practical knowledge of TCP/IP (OS, firewalls configuration) and networking configuration/troubleshooting (NAT, ports, DHCP, DNS)
- UNIX and/or Linux knowledge; VMware ESX(i), Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft Exchange server administration, DataBase engines (SQL/Oracle)
