Visma Spcs is looking for a skilled and self-driven Test Lead for a cloud based accounting system for Accounting firms.
You will work in the Visma R&D department that offers an inspiring environment with a wide variety of competences within development. In this project you will work closely together with an international team. We have an agile development organization using modern collaboration tools for working with colleagues.
Our service is an international operational support system for accounting firms built with modern technologies.
In this position you will work together with product owners, UX designers, business analysts and developers in the team to act as a test manager and overall responsible for keeping the testing initiatives in the project.
You will be tasked with driving a test strategy, including an automation strategy, together with the rest of the team. You will follow up on the testing of developed functionality, and do manual testing on modified code. Therefore natural interest for high quality is a success factor in this role.
As a Test Lead, you will ensure that the service delivery team is focused on testability of the code, and you will share knowledge and coach the rest of the team in test related matters.
You are:

Experienced in test automation frameworks like Selenium, or similar

Team focused and have genuine interest in agile software development

Competent in testing

Highly organized

Skilled in coordinating and collaborating with the team

Able to adapt to changes

Proficient in both written and spoken English
