Accountable for training responsibilities that support the Regulatory & Access (R&A) business. Work closely with training management, R&A management and operations to support a wide-range of training initiatives that align with ongoing business needs. Help maintain a core training curriculum for R&A. Actively contribute to the management of training programs by project managing training design, development and delivery, working with Corporate Learning and Development as required and business operations groups. Schedule and manage delivery of training to meet operational needs and facilitate certain non-technical related training sessions. Deliver non-technical training as required to R&A staff. Provide train the trainer support to subject matter experts who provide technical training to R&A staff. Responsible for providing advice and support for leveraging and usage of the Learning Management System (LMS) by ensuring all training programs are included, assigned and tracked.Qualifications· More than 5 years of experience in a training position, preferably within the life sciences and consulting industries.
· Experience in adult learning theory, training delivery, instructional design, and project management.
· Experience in virtual and in-classroom training delivery.
· Experience with developing eLearning using Articulate a plus.
· English proficiency.
