In this role, you will contribute to identification and selection of the most appropriate and cost effective transportation.Key AccountabilitiesControl and track the transport of grains, oils or other productsApply knowledge of transportation and logistics practices and procedures to assist in negotiating freight prices and contract termsUpdate databases regarding contracts, freight rates and estimatesIdentify cost improvement opportunitiesHandle various issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.Other duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceRelevant experience in chartering (maritime, barges) / survey / agency companies / agribusinessMS Office Suite (in particular Excel – medium level)English language knowledge – advanced levelPreferred QualificationsPower BI knowledgePrevious experience in using SAPVery good negotiation skills, excellent planning and task prioritizing skills#LI-CH1Our OfferWe provide a fast paced stimulating international environment, which will stretch your abilities and channel your talents.
