Job Description
This is a great opportunity to join us as a Warehouse Manager for our brake-pads factory in Ploiesti, Romania.
- Coordinates and is responsible for the activities that take place in the space of the two warehouses (Internal and external-Logistics services provider);
- Responsible for warehouse management (components, direct and indirect materials and waste storage);
- Responsible for the accuracy of records and stocks in the integrated computer system depending on the physical flows of materials (including the movement of materials between warehouses and subcontractors of various activities - sorting, rework, packaging;
- Responsible for the activity and performance of logistics subcontractors both on the territory of the factory and at their headquarters;
- Defining and following the performance indicators and corrective action plan for inappropriate results;
- Provides support in the production planning process and actively participates in MPS processes;
- Ensures the implementation and adherence of the procedure, supply / transport of MIX & BPP and production modules with materials and accessories and the waterspider procedure;
- Coordinates the implementation of inventory strategies;
- Responsible for the accuracy of the factory inventory;
- Responsible for defining, implementing and following a cycle counting process in accordance with corporate rules;
- Responsible for the management of scrap, quarantine and blocked parts;
- Responsible for defining, implementing and monitoring the observance of a physical flow of goods in the space of warehouses and manufacturing lines in accordance with the SAP integrated management system;
- Manages the processes of assessing the need for subordinate staff, assigning tasks and responsibilities (by building / updating job descriptions), allocating and communicating individual performance objectives, establishing, approving and communicating plans / actions / learning-development events and evaluation of the degree of achievement of objectives and use of professional, personal and / or leadership skills of subordinate employees.
Required Experience
What will make you successful
- Bachelor’s degree in economical or technical required;
- Minimum 3 years experience in logistics / warehouse activities;
- Minimum 3 years management experience;
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office;
- Abilities to analyze various situations and strategic vision;
- Advanced knowledge of English;
