Graphic design skills
- Knowledge of design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Basic html and Wordpress knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
- Ability to provide appealing design solutions with current trends as well as effective in responding to customer requirements
- Ability to multi-task and work with multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
- Great interpersonal communication (written and oral)
- Ability to communicate and collaborate in a team setting as well as individually
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to details
- Basic understanding of the application of principles, concepts and practices of the
profession of proposal management
Mission
- Offer support to the Sales Teams in creating Mock Up experience design graphics
- Supporting templates, assist with presentations and brand consistency check-up in visual communications
- Support the Creative Experience Designer when collaborating with the proposal specialist in the proposal development with creative ideas
- Collaborate in a team setting as well as individually
- Maintain the internal workflow tool up to date
