Account Manager

Job Purpose: 

Driving the growth of the company’s market presence in the glass packaging sector by identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities across beverages, wines, spirits, preserves, and food industries. The role is responsible for building strong client relationships from scratch, managing the full end-to-end sales cycle, and positioning the company as a trusted partner by delivering tailored packaging solutions—leveraging access to leading European manufacturers. Ultimately, the objective is to expand into new markets, increase revenue, and contribute to the company’s rapid expansion through a proactive, solution-oriented sales approach.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the glass packaging industry – bottles, jars, closures – for clients in the beverages, wines, spirits, preserves, and food sectors.
  • Build commercial relationships from scratch, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to delivery, and work directly with top European manufacturers.
  • You will not just sell products – you will provide packaging solutions.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: 

  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to open new markets, not just manage existing accounts.
  • Knowledge of the Oltenia region and local business environment is a strong advantage.
  • Category B driving licence and availability for frequent travel.
