Your Mission Provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks.Daily updates of exchange rates in SAPDaily posting of bank statements in SAPChecking and communicating to sales department the cash collected from wholesale customers on a daily basisPosting goods invoices in SAP (automatic transaction) and invoices related to transport of goodsManual invoicing and recording in SAP of recharged costs, advance payments and other specific requestsPosting in SAP the invoices issued by the stores during the previous month for SAF-T statementVerifying the sales posted in SAP based on the statements provided by the Store Managers on a weekly basisPosting invoices for fiscal declaration in SAGA (Internal suppliers, external suppliers, Petty Cash Expenses, etc)Verifying and adjusting the petty cash registers for each store on a weekly basisInvestigating and solving all the issues reported in the internal reporting system by the store managers regarding the petty cash discrepancies Your Talent Two to four years of accounting experienceGreat attention to detail and analytical acumenGood understanding of accounting principles and practicesStrong organizational and time management skillsPC-skills, MS-Office Knowledge, Outlook, InternetFamiliarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP, SAGA)
