Accounting specialist in Ghimbav

For our location in Ghimbav we are currently looking for aAccounting specialistYour Duties Prepares accurate booking of all journal entries and accounting documents; Assures that all records, transactions, reports and documentation are in compliance with the Romanian regulations; Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are posted properly; Research and resolve payment discrepancies in an efficient, timely and accurate manner; Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending reminders and contacting clients; Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status; Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data Checks the invoices, if they are in compliance with the provisions of the contracts; Ensures compliance to all group policies and maintains records to enable audit; Performs month-end reconciliations for account receivables; Makes monthly analyses of all balance sheet accounts with accuracy and timeliness; Collaborates with other departments to ensure the month-end-closing; Assurance of internal control compliance for the processes that is responsible for.  Your Profile University degree in Accounting or Finance; At least 1-2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably in Automotive industry); Good knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP and Taxation; Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills; Effective communication, organizational, stress and time management skills; Numerical and budgeting skills; High degree of accuracy and attention to detail; Tenacious and deadlines-oriented; Customer service and negotiation skills; Ability to work both independently and in multidisciplinary teams; Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, SAP would be an advantage); Fluent in written and spoken English.
