Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.General Summary:The core responsibility for this position is to achieve the individual - target / goals by maintaining and building the external relationship with media agencies and clients, working with internal sales partners to develop the creative and unique solutions and increase revenue by maximizing advertising share from the market/clients.Key Responsibilities:Works effectively with the Ad Sales team on the execution of the ad sales strategy and has an active sales initiativeFull responsibility over day-to-day selling process for Romania across channel portfolio together with the Ad Sales teamTogether with BP Account Sales Manager taking a lead in client direct contacts and relationship building for RomaniaShare client conversations with the Ad Sales team, to help overall knowledge and client understandingSupport for development of the ad sales materials & presentations, for execution of sales processMeets the timings and deadlines of deliverablesDaily collaboration with the Inventory Management teamBuilds and maintains a good collaboration with the Warner Bros. Discovery departments to quickly acquire and supply the agencies/clients all the support neededEfficient communication with the Marketing, Program planning, Research, On Air, Digital and PR departments on new sales opportunitiesCollaborates with internal departments (finance, legal) to formalize contracts / agreements made with the advertisers and/or media agencies.Keeps sales back-office files up to dateExcelling in quality customer service and support to make sure Warner Bros.
