ResponsibilitiesGeneral duties and responsibilities: Escalates problems according to the escalation matrix in force; triggers, leads and participates in efficient problem solving actions, in accordance with the procedures in force;Generates and implements improvement ideas for eliminating the "7 Losses and reducing costs", in accordance with the procedure in force; Encourages HOS behaviors and HOS tool procedures implemented within the department;Specific duties and responsibilities: Follows the specific working procedures and directions: New Product Introduction, Preferred Parts List, Preferred Supplier List, Preferred Resin List, Design for Manufacturing and Testability Specification.Participates in the elaboration of the constructive specifications of the products that are being designed. Proposes updates / changes to constructive specifications.Respects the specifications of the projects in which it participates; is responsible for complying with the specifications of the projects it coordinates (technical specifications, functional requirements, software documentation, deadlines, etc.).Evaluates realistic deadlines related to design activities, until the end of the project.Documents the phases of the project, until the launch of the product in production. Properly manages the intermediate versions and the project variants. Manages, archives project documentation.Elaborates functional testing procedures for functional models / trial versions (checklists, checklists), specifying the essential parameters to be followed, as well as the performance characteristics of the measuring equipment that are used for these checks / tests.Identifies measurement and control systems and equipment specific to the design activity in electronics. Transmits the specifications of this equipment to the Sourcing department for a correct supply.Elaborates Test and Control Instructions, which serve as a starting point in the process of designing testing equipment – Circuit Testing, Functional Testing, Flying samples.Performs occasional manual soldering operations.Performs occasionally manual cleaning operations of THE PCBs.Performs other work tasks assigned by the direct boss or the management of the company, with the necessary training.YOU MUST HAVEBachelors Degree in Engineering, highly preferred in the specialty of Electronics, Electrotechnics, Automatic Control and Computers Thorough hardware knowledge – analog electronics and digital electronics. Thorough knowledge of Electromagnetic Compatibility.
