Assembly Engineer Job Req ID: 108872 Location: Codlea Brasov, RO, 505100 Work Type: Full time Contract Type: unlimited We are looking for an Assembly Engineer that will join the Systems & Simulation IS team in our plant within Codlea, Brasov. Responsibilities: Plan, source and realize equipment with focus on automatic machines; Drive maturity increase during machine life cycle: Construction release, commissioning, machine capability calculation (MFU) final release; Ensure supplier meets all requirements described in the specifications; Develop approaches to optimize automation in cooperation with the involved departments (e.g. product development, etc.); Support in developing the „OT soft- & hardware architecture” considering the OT-standards worldwide (e.g. remote maintenance tool, interface technology, amount of PLCs,…); Drive maturity increase of the interface and the software of the equipment. Requirements: University degree; Experience in a similar position in the automotive sector would be considered a plus; "Analytic thinking" affinity (problem solving); Good knowledge of MS Office; Advanced knowledge of English is a must, German is considered an advantage; Very good communication skills, analytical and teamwork abilities.
