Bosch Video Systems Sales Engineer (Romania, Bulgaria) in Bucuresti

Job DescriptionExcited to be at the forefront of technology?Possess sales and technical skills?Have experience in the physical security and IP (CCTV/Network Cameras) space?As a Sales Engineer based in Bucharest, you will be a key person in the local sales team. You will be responsible for the technical aspects of the sales cycle in the above mentioned countries. You will work with your colleagues , Regional Head of Sales, Pre-sales, Product Manager and other sales engineers.You will be responsible for researching, preparing and presenting Bosch Video Systems products and solutions, prepare offers and guide in designs. You will work on getting Bosch specified in projects and provide the essential skills for our partners to successfully implement Bosch Video Systems solutions. You will also work on long term projects in the community that makes a difference.Your key responsibilities will include:Support the sales organization to influence project with customer’s visits together with other Bosch representatives but also on your own, product demonstrations and pilot installations;Active management of the customer structure in the assigned scope of work and countries;Identifying additional business opportunities or developing potentially new business opportunities in the assigned business area;Conducting regular visits to customers and establishing a close relationship with clients, designers/specifiers in the assigned area of work;Provide internal and external assistance during the sales process to include delivering product demonstrations to customers.Work together with the integrator and/or software development partner during the project sales process, to include managing the RFQ (request for quotation) process;Supporting sales organization in tender and RFQ process and answering project related questions from colleagues;Extend network of consultants that specify Bosch solutions in tenders and support them with information, updates and training so they are able to successfully specify projects.Continuously keep the technical knowledge up to date on the latest products and features in order to offer the best possible solution to the needs of the customers.Work with the central/global pre-sales organization and develop written pre-sales material of technical nature, both in the form of articles and PowerPoint presentations.Helping sales organization to increase knowledge on the Bosch portfolio and handle regional sales organization as an “internal” customer.Actively use available special IT sales tools (such as CRM, SAP, Power BI, etc.);Act in accordance with central Bosch rules and guidelines and local regulationsQualificationsBachelors’ Degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or similarExperience in a customer-facing pre-sales role, ideally in the field of network video and/or physical security marketsGeneral knowledge in common Video Management System software is desirableAble to facilitate engaging presentations and demonstrations to a variety of audiencesExcellent knowledge (spoken and written) and use of English language;Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal and communication skills for successful organization of sales activitiesGood knowledge of business planningImportant skills, abilities, knowledge for this roleMinim 3 years proven experience in sales or pre-sales within the IT or Security channel with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline driven environmentKnowledge in CCTV/Network video, VMS software and hardware technologyIT exposure in networking, IP-based technologies and applicationsAbility to provide effective presentations and demonstrations in English and native language;High level of self-initiative, self-motivation and sales orientationExperience and passion for teaching, service and open minded and a team playerExcellent organizational and follow-through skillsTravelling is required within the assigned region and to our HQ in the Netherlands or GermanyAdditional Information#LikeABosch Benefits: Your work-life balance is valuable to us, so we offer you:25 Days of annual leave, because work-life balance is essential to us; Flexible working hours, but if you want to work from somewhere else, feel free, our Home Office program helps you do that; Your health and well-being is important to us, so we have you covered:Medical subscriptionAccident insuranceSport activities and well-being initiativesWe believe in a Life-Long Learning approach, so you can take advantage of:Technical and soft skills trainings;Access to e-learning platformsLocal and Global career development programsOpportunity to attend conferencesBookster subscriptionOn top of these, we are offering:A monthly budget which can be used for several different services on an online benefit platformAnnual bonusApplication Process After you followed all the required steps on our platform, you will receive an e-mail for GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) compliance.
