We are dedicated to delivering the best software products to our customers while ensuring their data is secure and protected.Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to join our team. As our CISO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's information security strategy and leading our security efforts to protect our customers' data. Responsibilities: Hands-on manage our information security infrastructure e.g., in the CI/CD toolchain and CMDBBe part of the Product and Engineering team to ensure security is engineered into our products and servicesDevelop, implement and maintain information security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the protection of our and our customers' dataLead the company's security efforts to mitigate security risksRespond to security incidents, including mitigation, followup documentation and communicationConduct security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and risks, including running pen tests with external partiesPlan, manage and execute security awareness training for all employees in all departmentsManage our ongoing work with sub-processors of personal data, including ensuring adequate agreements and SCCs protecting data are in placeEnsure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including achieving an ISO27001 certification by the end of the year Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldBig passion for information security, secure engineeringStrong knowledge of information security frameworks, best practices, and regulatory requirementsProven experience as a CISO or in similar roles in a software or technology companyExperience with ISO27001 certification and implementationHigh energy level and enthusiasm to be part of a growing startupExcellent leadership and communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others You will work with defining and implementing strategies to mitigate and prevent these security issues and exploits, such as implementing security patches, training employees on security awareness, and enforcing policies.If you are passionate about information security and have a proven track record of building and leading security programs, we would love to hear from you.
