Commercial Conditions Analyst- - - - - - - - - - - -This role is based in the Michelin Shared Services Center in Bucharest, Michelin Corporate & Business Services, where more than 700 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Sales Administration and Personnel.What we are looking for?Bachelor’s degree in Economics – it`s a plus;Experience in Customer Care/ Order to Cash/ Billing/ Back-office;English at conversational level;Attention to details and focus on results;Ability to learn/to adapt to new processes;A good team worker and Customer-oriented approach;Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package.The Commercial Condition Analyst will:Commercial conditions management:Active participation in the commercial platforms developed by each commercial areaProposing solutions to improve conditions and processes in situations where they do not work efficientlyCorrect and timely setting of prices and commercial conditionsChecking the accuracy of prices and commercial conditionsCarrying out internal control processes applicable to prices and commercial conditionsCalculation of amounts to pe paid based on commercial achievementsPayment of credit notes related to commitments in commercial contractsDealing with complaints regarding commercial conditions and received from customers:Analyzing complaints from customersProposing measures to improve practicesSolving the complaintProviding a correct and complete answer to the complaintCompliance with financial transaction rules:Ensuring the traceability of financial transactionsArchiving all supporting materials in accordance with the regulations applicable in the respective countriesActive participation in the audit of the processes regarding the commercial prices and conditions, in the self-evaluation of the implementation of the internal control, in the collaboration with the auditors and the Quality ManagerImplementation of action plans for internal control points identified as non-compliantProvisions:Responsible for the follow-up of the closing calendar and the preparation of the closing file, in order to obtain the validation of the NAR from the BPC - monthly and annuallyBuilds and updates reports for which he is responsibleCheck the correctness of the data and alert the BPC in case of discrepanciesIn Michelin, we offer:Flexible work schedule and home-office options; A customizable benefits package with options to choose: gym access, medical or dental services, private retirement pension, deduction of public transport costs, cultural activities vouchers etc. Private medical subscription; Life insurance; Luncheon vouchers and discounts; Deduction of vacation costs.How we recruit: Once you submit your application, one of our recruiters reviews it.
