The main deliverables of the MB SW Designer are the software specifications for the ECM and Model In the Loop Simulations / Validations.Main duties:Design and validation of the Software Specifications for the ECM, respecting internal Renault processTranslate the system requirements (official rules, safety, functional requirements, performance, maintenance, etc.) in Matlab / Simulink AlgorithmsPreparation of the SCDR (System Control Design Review) files to be reviewed with the SW Architect and Perimeter Responsible, that prove that the Algorithm design respects the requirements.Design the validation plans for the assigned perimeterCapitalize new design, keeping relevant documentation up to dateTechnical skills needed for this job:Bachelor's or equivalent in the engineering field: Automotive, Electrical Engineering, Automatics, Computers, Electronics, etc.Experience in the field of ECM SW development, validation and tuningStrong experience in Model Based Design [Matlab/Simulink]Embedded SW architectureDesign and validation methods on embedded SWGood understanding of vehicle EE (electric and electronic) architectureFluency in English and a high level of technical writing quality.
