We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Conversational AI (Druid) Business Analyst to join our Data & AI Team.
Your key responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and define simple technical/functional requirements to be transposed into scripts Create and maintain documentation related to conversational flows, platform requirements, design, and user guides Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and solution architects, to deliver chatbot solutions Designs low complexity conversational flows ( QA flows) within chatbot platform Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users Actively participate in client meetings to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions Conduct project SCRUM ceremonies (, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective) and maintain the status of the project Skills and attributes for success
Highly driven, autonomous, resilient, and a team player with a strong work ethic Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Ability to work under tight timelines, in cases for multiple project deliveries To qualify for the role, you must have
Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant working experience in Conversation design. Good English communication skills in appropriate business language Ability to analyze and understand business problems and express them in UML or other flow modeling systems Nice to have
Certified in UiPath (or any other relevant automation technology) with a minimum of 1 year of practical experience French and/or German language skills What we look for
