Connect to the future. Country: Romania (RO) City: PloiestiWorksite / Location: Ploiesti Job Function: Quality Job Discipline: Quality Assurance Methods Job Family: Quality Assurance Methods ØQualifications and Skills: qPrevious work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role qHands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies qIn-depth understanding of technical documentation qFamiliarity with statistical analysis qGreat attention to detail and problem-solving abilities qSet and track quality assurance goals (e.g. reduce average turnaround time for quality checks by 20%) qExcellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods qVery good organizational and leadership abilities qGreat attention to detail and a results driven approach qBasic knowledge of operating measurement equipment's. qGood knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes will be a plus. ØJob Responsibilities: qCarry on activities for products and manufacturing processes quality in accordance with customer’s requirements and YRL Quality System qAssures and follow-up the implementation of corrective actions for nonconformities from internal audits, customer audits and third-party audits in production process qTrain others in all aspects of the quality system and application of procedures qLead regular inspection meetings with representatives from appropriate departments to establish an action plan for improving products quality qDevelop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility qReport on achievement of targets and identify any actions required We are looking forward to receive your application and to get to know you.
